Commission

Your commission is 35%. You keep your commission right at the sale. The customer pays you directly, and then you pay Kat's Coffees & More minus your percentage. I accept checks, money orders, payments through www.paypal.com or visa or MasterCard. Your customers will need to pay you by check, cash or money order unless you have a way from them to pay you by credit card.

Recruiting

 You will earn $12 in commission credit once your recruit places their first order. You will also receive commission credit for all consultants recruited by your downline.

1st down line = $12
2nd down line = $8
3rd down line = $4
4th down line and below = $1

Your commission credit will become available to you as soon as your recruit/s pays for their first order. Kat will apply available credit to orders when available. Please note, no commission will ever be paid - it can only be used as a credit on an order. It can only be used on product, not shipping.

Star Recruiters and Sellers

Each month a consultant is the Top Seller (sales at 35%); they will receive a 1-year order page, $15 in commission credit and the start of an Italian charm key chain. After being the Top Seller for 6 months (does not have to be consecutive), they will have received a total of 6 years of an order page, $90 in commission credit, an Italian charm keychain that spells out "I love to sell (1st charm) Kat's Coffees (coffees is a coffee cup charm) and will earn the title of Star Seller. Once a consultant has 25 members in their down line, they will be considered a Star Recruiter. On June1st and December 31st of each year, all consultants who are in a down line that consists of 25 or more will receive a $5 commission bonus just for being in that Star Recruiting down line.

Purchase Requirement

In order to stay active as a consultant, you are required to make 1 purchase of any size every 6 months. The range is April 1- September 30th and October 1 - March 31st.

Starting with Kat's

The start up fee is $5. This covers the administrative fees of adding you to the website, consultants group, a chat group and providing you with your consultant number. You may also purchase an order page link when joining if you choose. This is a personalized order page for your customers to order from. It is placed under your name on the locate a consultant page. The orders will be sent to Kat. Kat will then send you 2 invoices. The first one will be for you to send to your customer for payment. After payment has been made to you, use the 2nd invoice sent to you, which will have your total due with your discount to pay to Kat.
Paperwork may be purchased through www.expressionsonpaper.com. Paperwork may be ordered through www.chelestreasures.com/katscoffees until further notice. All black and white catalogs are available in the files of the consultants group for those who wish to print their own. You can use the company order forms or you can use order form booklets that can be purchased at stationary/office/other stores. There are also various promotional products available through http://www.cafeshops.com/katscoffees. You have 2 options to choose from for products for a starter kit. Every order that you place during your first 30 days as a consultant will be 40% off. You MUST state on your order that it is a 40% order.

Yahoo Groups

You will be invited to the Kat's Consultants on yahoo groups upon receiving your payment to join. This is where all consultants can meet and learn from each other and answer each other's questions. You can find files of the catalog and helpful business tools to help your business grow. We have a weekly chat to learn about upcoming changes, new items, and network and get to know each other. You will also be invited to the Kat's Chat yahoo group. This is a group to learn about each other and advertise your other businesses on Saturdays.

Case Pack Pricing for Consultants

 Consultants may purchase each product sold in a case pack of 6 for 40% commission. All items must be the same size, flavor, etc. This is to help consultants stock up on samples for parties, prizes, personal use or to make a larger percentage on a future sale.

Repackaging Products

All labels and packaging must be kept intact and in the same condition as they are shipped from the manufacturer. If at any time the buyer elects to repackage, remove labels or deface labels in any way (the only exception is adding consultants personal info/website info to the product packaging) all product liability that the manufacturer bears is invalid. Kat's Coffees & More will not be held responsible in any way should repackage or defacement of labels occurs. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to research and follow their local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to the packaging and labeling of food products.

Unauthorized Products

 Some companies and individuals choose to use our logo to create products to sell for personal profit without the knowledge and/or consent of Kat's Coffees & More. Kat's Coffees & More will not be held responsible for the quality or misuse of any of these products.

Catalogs

Some consultants choose to create their own catalogs versus using the company provided catalogs. These catalogs are not authorized and Kat's Coffees & More will not be held responsible for the misuse of graphics, pictures or any content. Any discrepancy in prices will be at the creator's expense.
